Big River Man Wine
This Rose Wine, called Cvicek, is produced & bottled by Martin Strel vineyards in Slovenia, South-Central Europe in the Mediterranean.
A blend of several red and white varietals, Cvicek is a light, fruity dry wine suitable as an aperitif or as accompaniment to delicately seasonal dishes. This exact combination gives it its specific taste and attractive, light red colour with a slight ruby cast and fresh fruity aromas. The wine has low alcohol content of no more than 10% by volume. Besides the Italian Chianti, it is the only wine in the world made of both red and white grapes.
And because it contains flavonoids, it is reputed to possess healing qualities. It is highly recommended for cardiovascular diseases, weight-loss programs, helping reduce cholesterol levels and diabetes, and serving as an anti-aging and anti-blood clot remedy.
Martin Strel has been swimming world´s greatest rivers and testing many different wines and this one proved to be his best companion. He swims 12 hours a day and drinks one or two glasses along with meals. He reccommends you drink one to two glasses a day while having a meal.
