Big River Man on More4

Martin Strel´s documentary Big River Man is playing on More4 on Tuesday, August 17 at 10pm GMT.
Biritsh television channel More4 (produced by Channel4) describes Big River Man documentary as:

"This affectionately humorous portrait of Slovenia´s Martin Strel, swimmer extraordinaire, follows his attempt to swim the length of the Amazon, the world´s longest river to raise awareness of the depletion of the rain forests. But, rather like Herzog´s Fitzcarraldo, the complexities of the adventure begin to spiral into chaos, with Strel´s son and publicist Borut and navigator Matthew Mohlke caught up in Strel´s grandiose plans. "

Don´t miss it on air on Tuesday, August 17 at 10pm GMT.
