Peruvian Navy rescues Dr. de Leonni Stanonik and returns her safely to the main boat

In preparation for securing further Telemedicine equipment and securing military protection for the Team, Dr. de Leonni Stanonik remained in Iquitos to undergo several meetings with the local healthcare authorities, President of the Loreto region, Mr. Basquez, and the Navy and port authorities.

Since the Cielito Lindo boat had reached a 200 km distance downstream the river the Navy took special precautions and boat in order to help return her safely to the boat with Martin Strel and his team.
